Discover the new U-BOAT SOMMERSO DAMASCO RIGHT model, reference 9988, which stands out for its exclusivity with only 99 pieces available, and its innovative Damascus steel case. This model marks a historic turning point for the brand with the placement of the crown on the right side, a bold departure from the U-BOAT tradition of always placing the crown on the left side. The movement of this watch is a Swiss Sellita SW 200 automatic mechanical, developed and modified according to U-BOAT specifications, with a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), a power reserve of 41 hours, 26 jewels and a custom skeletonized rotor. Functions include hours, minutes, seconds, date, a 24h indicator, a unidirectional rotating bezel with markers, a screw-down crown and a crown protector. The 46mm case is made of Damascus steel, with the crown protector positioned on the left side. A plate attached to the side of the case bears the serial number engraving, guaranteeing the authenticity of each piece. The back of the watch is also made of Damascus steel, secured with six screws. The dial features three levels of black. The brushed metal numerals and raised indexes are treated with beige SuperLumiNova. The painted metal hands are also treated with beige SuperLumiNova. The 24-hour sphere and minute reference are in blue SuperLumiNova, and a visible ruby adds a touch of sophistication. The glass is made of high-quality sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating, providing exceptional strength and clarity. With a water resistance of 300 meters (30 ATM), this watch is perfectly suited for deep dives. The strap is made of ultra-resistant vulcanized rubber, black in color, personalized with the House logo in relief. Its width is 22/20 mm, and it is equipped with a Damascus steel pin buckle. |
